Skill: Turkish get ups-5min amrap

Warm up: 3min amrap: 10 pass throughs, 10 sh raises, 10 overhead lunges
Strength: EMOM x5mins 6 strict chins-use band/add weight,
rest 3mins
EMOMx5mins 6 strict dips using boxes/bench/add weight
WOD: in teams of 2 complete a 15min amrap
50 power cleans
50 press ups
In order for partner A to complete cleans, partner B must hold front rack position
In order for partner B to complete press ups, partner B must hold plank position
