Static shaping-Hollow hold to arch hold(rolls) 10 good reps then break-3mins

Mobility- Front rack banded 2min each side

Warm up- Bb prep sumo style

Strength- DE deadlift(sumo deadlift)
Level 1: 8×1@55% with band
Level 2: 5×3
Accessory- Single leg rdls 3×5/5(hold DB/kb in opposite arm)

4 rnds for time
5 cleans 80/50 (10swings)
20 wall balls
40 doubles(scaling here is high jump singles)
