Mobility-Super couch-2mins each side

Barbell prep-5mins

Strength: Front squat-12-15mins
Level 1: 12×2@80%
Level 2: 5×3-allowing everyone to get heavy if squat mechanics are good
Accessory 5mins- hamstring falls:3×5

In 7mins get as far through the ladder going up in 1’s starting at 4’s of:
heavy swings,
Ttb/hollow rocks/hollow crunches
