Level 2: OH squat 5×3(start with PVC, can add weight to PVC till on 8kg bar)
Accessory
Bamboo oh squat for level 1
level 2 one arm kb oh squat 3×8

WOD:
Team WOD, both complete 5 rnds:
7 cleans
7ttb(knee raises)
7 deadlifts
