Barbell prep-5mins

Level 1: snatch pull x3, clean-front squat-jerk x3
Level 2: clean and jerk x 1 EMOM x15mins

Wod-20min time cap
10 thrusters
10 burpee wall walks
20 thrusters
20 burpee pull ups(use box as scale)
30 thrusters
30 burpees to target
All burpees hips full extension and feet off the ground
Weight for thruster is 40/30 30/20 20/15
