Mobility- elevated hamstring isolation -2mins each leg

Warm up:
Bear crawl out bear crawl back x 2
Wheelbarrow up and back x 2
Deadlift tech on PVC with some glute activation

Strength: deadlift 10×5@74%
% will be on the board

WOD:
50 press ups
40 swings
30 burpee over the bars
20 ttb
10 gtoh @ 60/35

Cool down- lower back unloading -2mins
– quad roll-2mins each leg
