Mobility- test the squat-30secs
Wall squat- 2mins
Psoas stretch 1min either leg
Re-test squat

Warm up- 6min EMOM
Odd min 30 doubles
Even min 15 kb swings

Strength- Front rack lunges 5 x 8/8
Accessory- 5×5 Hspu/ 5 x 3 wall walks( if you don’t have strict hspu, wall walks will be done)

WOD: 3rnds For Time of:
5 chest to bars/pull ups/ ring rows
10 power snatches 42.5/25kg
10 overhead squats 42.5/25kg
5 chest to bars
