Mobility- super couch exploration – 2mins either side

Warm up- general movement

Strength: single arm push press 5×8/8
Accessory: pull up/muscle up program
Pull up: barbell assisted pull ups 3 sets of 6 reps
Muscle up: false grip ring row with hip opener 6 sets of 3 reps

WOD:
As far up the ladder in 15mins of
2 clean and jerk @60/35 1 toe to bar/knee to elbows/ knee raises
4 clean and jerk 2 ttb
6 clean and jerk 3 ttb
8 clean and jerk 4 ttb
