Mobility- banded hamstring mobility-5mins

Warm up: 7min amrap
5 pull ups
10 press ups
15 air squats
20 doubles

Strength: take 20mins to establish a 1rm deadlift

WOD: 20min time cap
20 swings
20 burpees
Only one partner works while other rests. Must both complete swings before moving on to burpees
