Warm up: mat chan warm up

Strength: Back Squat 10×2 with 60 seconds inbetween

Accessory: Ring Pull ups: 5 sets of Max reps(if not able to get more than 5 do 5×5 eccentric chins)

WOD:
The chief
5 x 3min amraps with 1min rest in between
3 cleans
6 press ups
9 air squats
