Fundamental of the week: deadlift- RDL

Warm up: balance work and Roxanne

Strength: take 20minutes to find a 1rm front squat
Use sets of 5-4-3-2-1-1-1-1 until you find a 1rm

Conditioning
In 8mins complete
27-21-15-9
Wall balls
Box jumps
In remaining time complete as many ring/bar muscle ups/ chest to bars/ pull ups/ ring rows
