Fundamental of the week: back squat

Warm Up: 3mins on each station
Kipping pull ups
Pistol progressions
PVC partner drills

Strength: Hang clean 6×3
Accessory: box jumps 6×3

Conditioning:
Every 15 seconds for 10mins perform 1 push press
Pick a weight that you’d normally get 3-4 reps on

After bash: Max burpee core holds with super friend
