Warm up: banded movements
Around the worlds
Pass throughs
Pull aparts
Oh squats
Oh lunges
Banded deadlifts

Strength: Front Squat 10×2
Accessory: Ring dips 10×4-Adding weight when needed. If struggling on ring dips eccentric ring dips will be done

Conditioning
WOD:100 doubles
5 squat cleans and jerks
75 doubles
5 squat cleans and jerks
50 doubles
5 squat cleans and jerks
Rx: 70/40 lv2: 50/20 lv1: 40/10
Scaling for doubles: 50,35,20 doubles or 300, 225, 100 singles
