Accessory: Overhead Squat 8×6

WOD: Love is in the Air
In teams of two complete
100 doubles(only one person at a time can work on doubles)
50 air squats each(as a team)
40 swings each(as a team) 24/16 20/12 16/8
30 box overs
20 press hr press ups(as a team)
10 partner core hold burpees
