20/20 back leg swings
20/20 side leg swings
Hold pike stretch 2mins
Hold pancake split 2mins

Warm Up: 3 rounds not for time
10 heavy Russian swings
10 overhead squats
5 burpee pull ups

Strength: push press 8×3(5mins of PVC warm up)
Accessory: pistol progression 8×3

1min of pull ups
2mins of press ups
3mins of air squats
4 mins of doubles

Clock will be running continuous. No break between sets. Score is total reps
