Warm up: 4 line relay races
KB Duck walks
OH lunges
Wheelbarrow walks
Buddy carries

Strength: Deadlift 8×3
Accessory: Dips 8×3(adding weight if needed)

WOD: 15min amrap
7 push press
7 chest to bars/pull ups/ring rows
30 doubles
