Warm Up: ladders and hurdles( agility and jumping)

Strength: deadlift off blocks 6×4
Accessory banded good mornings

WOD: As fast as possible complete:
10sh press
15 oh squat
20 push press
25 front squat
30 push jerk
35 back squat

Weight will be 40/20 30/10
Scaling options will be on the board
