Skill of the week: ring skill( skin the cat)

Warm Up: 5 mins of flexibility, then zombie bear crawl chasing

Strength: 8 x full clean with 2 x push jerks(15min time cap)
Accessory: strict toe to bars/ knee to elbows/knee raises 8×8

WOD: short
3x3min amraps
3 back squat
6 press ups
9 mb slams
In teams of 3 on a continues conveyer belt, with 1 min rest between amraps
