Skill of the week: HSPU(concentrating on kipping)

Warm Up: Mobility and then Musical bears
Mobility will be 3mins knee mobility and 3 mins hip openers on box

Strength: Sumo deadlift 5×5
Accessory: box jumps 5×3 reps

WOD:
10min partner amrap
8 deadlifts 80/60/40 50/30/20
While partner does 6 ttb/10vups

Score is total amount of rounds as a team
