Skill of the week: Turkish get ups
Warm up: Relay races
– wheelbarrow walks
– inchworms
– burpee broad jumps
Strength: Clean- take 15mins to build up to a heavy 3rm
Accessory: push ups x 3 work on strict form, using bands when needed. Move on to decline press ups if getting an easy 3, add weight also
WOD: “Cindy’s Snatch”
20min amrap
5 pull ups
10/10 snatches*
15 air squat
