Skill of the week: Turkish Get Ups

Warm Up: 4 stations, 1 minute on each station, 2 rounds
-cartwheels
-overhead PVC squat
-mobility
-ring pull ups

Strength:
Walking lunges – 3/3 for 8 rounds
Superset with one leg box jumps 3/3 for 8 rounds

WOD: “Kelly”
5 rounds for time
400m run
30 box jumps
30 wall balls
