WOD for Friday December 13th

Skill of the week: Air Squat

Strength: Power Complex- 8 sets:
2 x front squat 1 x push jerk

Superset with weighted pull ups 8 sets x 3 reps

WOD: Partner WOD
10 rounds
Partner A completes 10 deadlifts
Partner B completes 2 wall walks
5 box jumps
Then Partner A completes 2 wall walks
5 box jumps
Partner B completes 10 deadlifts

Time stops when both Athletes have completed 10 rounds of each exercise

Scaling options will be on the board
