Snatch Balance*

5 x HSPU**

WOD:

Press ups
Md slams
Shoulder to overhead 40/20

After bash: surprise amrap

Scaling options will be on the board
*use KB/DB for snatches(single arm if not at 20kg yet)
** do strict HSPU, if you don’t have strict use kipping, if you don’t have either of them use bands
