Strength: 1rm deadlift*

Olympic lifting: Snatch 3-3-3-3-3-3**
5 sets
Rest is 1rm box jump

WOD: for time
10 sh press
15 lunges
20 push press
25 front squat
30 push jerks
35 back squats

Scaling options will be on the board
*if you haven’t got your one rep max deadlift, then do so today
**if you have your 1rm from yesterday work snatch strength
