Skill: Full Snatch work x 2
EMOM for 8mins

Strength: 12mins*
Odd: muscle up/strict pull ups/banded pull ups 3-5**
Even: 3 deadlifts @80% of 1rm

WOD:
3 rounds
400mtr run
30 kb swings
20 wall balls
10 k2e

Scaling options will be on the board
*strength work will be done in partners, one partner will start on deadlifts the other starting on a pull
** if you can get 3-5 easily, add weight
