Skill: Snatch Pull and snatch balance

Strength:
EMOM for 6 minutes – 2 snatch pulls*
Rest 2 minutes
EMOM for 6 minutes – 2 snatch balance*

WOD: 5 rounds for time of:
Single Arm KB snatch 10/10**
Box jumps 8
Single Arm KB Push Press 8/8**
Burpees 10

Scaling options will be on the board
*go up on weight each set of snatch pulls and snatch balances
** weight will be 16kg for guys and 8kg for girls
