-Double Unders
-kettlebell snatch

Strength testing is 1rm push press
-Take 15mins to build to a heavy 1rm push press
-As a rest between sets, complete 5 sets of Max ring dips

WOD: 3 rounds for time
50 air squats
7 burpee pull ups
5/5 kettle bell snatch

Scaling options will be on the board
