Skill: kness to elbow

Strength
Take 20minutes to establish a 1rm Clean and Jerk
Super couch stretch in between each set as rest

WOD: 6 rounds for time
5 deadlifts
While partner does max knee to elbows
Keep count of knee to elbows

Scaling options will be on the board, minimum standard for knee to elbow progression will be knee to chest

After bash: Bring Sally Up(press ups)
